Qatar has extended its Golden Visa program to include citizens of India, providing long-term residency options through investments in real estate or businesses.
This residency-by-investment initiative offers either a renewable permit valid for five years or permanent residency, based on the amount invested.
To qualify for a renewable visa, a minimum investment of QAR 730,000 (approximately INR 1.5 crore or USD 200,000) must be made in designated real estate, while an investment of QAR 3,650,000 (around INR 7.5 crore or USD 1 million) secures permanent residency along with access to public healthcare and education
